It's been a while since I've posted anything, life has been sooo hectic lately, isn't it supposed to slow down in the summer? LOL
All sorts of craziness, my youngest son got his learners, so he has been wanting to drive everywhere. OMGoodness, about thought I was going to have a heart attack on a couple of occasions! My hubby is much better at teaching him than me, the patience....
Have had lots of stress factors with the ex & the ex-inlaws! Poor Brandon unfortunately gets stuck in the middle, which is not what I wanted at all! Enough about that.
This week in particular has been extra crazy! One employee out for a scheduled major surgery and another had emergent surgery! The prayers worked because both surgeries went well!!! We also have another employee who is on vacation for 2 weeks & my boss' last day was today! She's moving to a warmer climate (Fla) & it's what's best for her family, but I'm soooo sad that she's moving. I have to tell you, she is the best boss ANYONE could ask for. Thank goodness she's still going to work for us, she'll work from her home & come to back for meetings every couple of months, so it's not really saying goodbye. I can send her cards now. :D
On a final note of sadness, My youngest heads back to Military School this weekend. He starts early for football. I still get sad after 3 yrs of this, but I'm his mom & I'm allowed to. :D
Since he'll be on the Varsity Team (pray that he gets picked) his games will mostly be on Friday nights & Saturday, which means I'll be able to see more of his games!!! Very happy about that, because he doesn't get a weekend leave until the October.
Ok, enough of all the doom & gloom, I'm going to put on my big girl undies so we can have a fabulous weekend!!!
I have some EXCITING new for Gilby & I, we are finally getting a makeover!!! We've waited ever so patiently for the one & only Veronica to makeover our blog!!! It's going to be sooo cute!!!
Gilby & I are planning a Big Celebration, so stay tuned!!!
